So something is sill missing. Did that step and reran install steps and its now working. If you have to use workarounds now to get it to install, it will get worse. The new versioning scheme for Windows means that with every major new /13236.txt, the second of which is coming next month, the chances increase продолжить you won't be able to get it to run at all.
